D.O Navarra (Spain)

Wine making process

This is an exceptional wine based on the splendour of Grenache complemented by Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, the predominant variety being Grenache. The aging of this wine has been in barrels of 60 (US gal lqd) of French and American oak and not new, respecting the elegance and delicacy of the Grenaches, preserving its aroma and leting us appreciate the great grape that we have selected for this wine.

Terroir

We have used a Grenache from old vineyards planted in bush with calcareous clay soil arranged on slopes of between 1640 and 1969 ft of altitude. These vines are Navarra appellation. The Tempranillo that slightly complements the reserve is of an average altitude and gives structure to the wine.
