Wine making process
The harvest is carried out between September and October, taking advantage of the freshness of the mornings to preserve the aromas and keep the grapes in perfect conditions. To make this Tempranillo, the wine was aged for 4 months in new American oak barrels (75%) and French (25%).
Terroir
Selección Berceo Roble is made entirely with the Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grape. The original vineyards are found in different areas of Ribera del Duero, their main origins being the terms of Roa and Milagros.
Appearance
Ruby color with purple rims.
Aroma
It is very expressive, the aromas of fresh red fruits are integrated with notes of vanilla and coconut fruit from its ageing in the barrel.
Taste
It is fruity, silky and structured, with ripe tannins with toasted flavours.
