D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain)
Wine making process
With a touch of oak we bring out the full fruit and freshness potential of our wines from this area where we hand harvest and with a cold soak of 17 days with pumping over three times dai-ly. We elaborate this wine in concrete tanks and malolactic fermentation in barrels of 70% French and 30% American oak. Aged for 5-6 months.
A blend of grapes from various vine-yards throughout La Rioja Alta which display freshness, fruit and balance as we select from fertile loamy soils.
A deep intense purple with bluish hints.
Fresh aromatic fruits with blueberry, strawberry, red cherries and violets.
A juicy easy drinking wine with a lively acidity and well balanced fruit explosion.
