Wine making process
With a touch of oak we bring out the full fruit and freshness potential of our wines from this area with mechanical harvest and with a cold soak of 17 days with pumping over three times daily. We elaborate this wine in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4-6 months in 2-4 years American oak barrels. We got this wine out pretty soon.
Terroir
A blend of grapes from various vineyards throughout La Rioja Alta which display freshness, fruit and balance as we select from fertile loamy soils.
Appearance
A deep intense purple with bluish hints.
Aroma
Fresh aromatic fruits with blueberry, strawberry, red cherries and violets.
Taste
A juicy easy drinking wine with a lively acidity and well balanced fruit explosion.
