Wine making process
The harvest is carried out between September and October, taking advantage of the freshness of the Navarra mornings to preserve the aromas and keep the grapes in perfect conditions. Winemaking using the Navarra traditional technique of “Sangrado”, with a short maceration between 1-2 hours
Terroir
Grapes come from the vineyards of Navarra “Baja Montaña” with oceanic and Pyrenean influences. “Trasdeval” is a Grenache vineyard located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters (1300- 1600 ft) with sand and limestone soil with marl and pebbles.
Appearance
Pale pink, clean and bright.
Aroma
Very fruity, highly aromatic persistence with intense scents of flowers, red and citric fruit.
Taste
Intense, fruity, fresh, soft and well balanced flavors. Long and very persistent aftertaste.
