Las Campanas
Chardonnay

D.O Navarra (Spain)

Wine making process

The harvest is carried out between September and October, taking advantage of the freshness of the mornings to preserve the aromas and keep the grapes in perfect conditions. The proximity of the vineyards to the winery means that the grapes do not lose properties during transport, guaranteeing freshness. The white wine of this range seeks to continue with the faithful portrait of the region and its identity. This white wine is the result of the assembly of our best vineyards in concrete tanks and after clarifying, we keep it in the bottle.

Terroir

The grapes come from the vineyards of “Baja Montaña” area in Navarra appellation, of Chardonnay variety, that is a variety specially adapted to our terroir where it reaches maturity and an optimal balance. These are vineyards of poor, sandy and deep soil with good structure and very good drainage, forcing the vine to root deeply looking in the subsoil for those nutrients and water that it needs.
