Wine making process

The harvest is carried out in September looking for the ideal ripening point. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After clarifying it, we keep it in the bottle.

Terroir

Chardonnay and Viura grapes from selected vineyards in northern Spain with different soils and atlantic and continental climate influence.

  Appearance

Lemon-yellow, clean and bright.

  Aroma

High intensity aroma dominated by citrus fruit (lemon, grapefruit and tropical fruit (pineapple and passion fruit).

  Taste

Fresh, pleasant with balanced acidity and long aftertaste.

Type of Wine

White.
