Wine making process

Harvesting takes place between the second half of September and the beginning of October in the early hours of the morning, so that the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition. Once here, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with gentle daily pumping over and malolactic fermentation, partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.rels.

Terroir

Grenache from vineyards in the “Baja Montaña” of Navarra with oceanic and Pyrenean influences, with altitudes between 400 and 500 meters and limestone sandy soils.

  Appearance

Strawberry red of medium intensity, clean and bright.

  Aroma

Stands out for its aromas of black fruit, ripe fruit, violets, and scents of vanilla and chocolate coming from the oak barrel.

  Taste

Well structured, round and mellow.
