Voché Vino de Autor 2001
D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain)
Wine making process
Manual harvest is made at night in boxes of 12 kg. The harvest is only carried out by qualified winery staff, selecting the bunches in each vine in the vineyard. Fermentation in small tanks with 5 daily manual pumping overs. Total maceration of 14 days. Aged for 36 months in second and third use French and American barrels. The wine is refined for several months in concrete tanks after passing through the barrel. The final result is the expression of our philosophy.
