Voché Crianza

D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain)

Wine making process

The Harvest is made by hand at night in boxes of 26 lb. The harvest is carried out only by qualified winery staff. Bunches are selected in by each vine in the vineyard. The aging takes place in new and second year French oak barrels. We do two racking every year without removing the lees, to give the volume, unctuousness and silkiness that thiswine can boast about.

Terroir

Coupage of two of our best vineyards: Los Molinos, Graciano variety with 17 acres of heavy calcareous clay soil. Planted at 1476 ft altitude and more than 20 years old.
